For this quick & delicious recipe, you will need 5 ingredients! 

1 cup of coconut milk

2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder

1 tablespoon xylitol or other natural sweeteners

1 mashed banana

2 tablespoons of finely ground oat flake

Mix all the ingredients together into a small saucepan, then bring to
the boil over a low heat, then stir until the mix is smooth.

Cover and chill for 2 hrs until set.

Roll the mixture into balls using your hands, then transfer to a small baking tray or plate

Put the cocoa powder on a shallow plate, and roll the chilled truffles in it until well-coated

HOW TO MAKE:

In a small pan, heat (on medium heat) the coconut drink, the grated
(or powdered) turmeric, the grated ginger, the ground pepper and the
cinnamon sticks

Stir the liquid occasionally

When it starts to boil, turn off the heat.

Add the maple syrup

Stir, strain the liquid into a cup

Drink while still hot.
